September 2022 - Present

Senior Associate UI/UX Product Designer

• Led the creation and implementation of atomic design systems for ProEdge, Growth Centre, and Astro, collaborating with development teams to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability. 

• Prototyped, iterated on, and created new solutions (ie. predictive search bar, filters, interactive map) for firm-wide opportunity-finding platform, MyMarketplace, utilizing coding experience to create realistic designs.

• Mentored and trained 14 colleagues via Figma workshops and 1:1 sessions, boosting team confidence and efficiency in prototyping and design hand-offs.

Associate UI/UX Product Designer

• Facilitated moderated and unmoderated user interviews, developed test scripts, and synthesized insights to drive UX improvements for over 20,000 daily users.

• Designed internal marketing materials including emails, GIFs, thumbnails, and presentation assets to support adoption of digital tools.

Designed promotional emails, social media graphics, Amazon product listing images, and printed deliverables (such as posters, infographics, and signage) for products, events, partnerships and campaigns.

Digital Artist, Designer & Consultant

Commissioned by 15+ organizations and businesses to conceptualize and develop logos, design graphics for various deliverables, and consulted on interfaces to enhance user experience.

Artistic jobs include murals for political campaigns, virtual background/set design for musical productions, and album covers for emerging singers.

Worked with student-led venture, Campus, from 2020-2022, to help students “Find their fit” on Lehigh University’s campus as the head of branding and marketing. Built a network of 325+ students that contributes to grow.

June 2015 - Present

National Coach Representative

Currently serving as the chair for the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) National as a Coach representative. Run meetings, moderate discussion, lead educational sessions, and find ways we can support our athlete members.

National Athlete Representative

Served four years as the Programming and Events Chair for the Athletes' Executive Committee (AEC) spending 300+ hours developing content/curriculum, managing communication channels, and working with staff to execute national in-person and virtual leadership events (including USA Swimming’s annual in-person convention).

Conducted trainings and mentorship programs for 1000+ athletes helping them be better leaders at the local level.
